Will you accept a payment plan for Art Therapy sessions?
You can either make a payment in full or choose to make 2 separate installments. The 1st payment is a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due 7 calendar days before a workshop class begins. The payment options are available on the PayPal button drop-down menu.
Can I pay cash for my Art Therapy Workshops?
At this time Indigo's only accepts PayPal and major credit/debit cards for payment processing. We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders or third-party checks.
After the Art Therapy workshops have ended, can I keep my art supplies?
All clients are encouraged to keep and retain all personal art supplies provided for you and completed artwork materials.
How does the refund policy work?
A one-day Arts Therapy workshop class is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you need to cancel at any time during your 4-week session, please contact
Indigos immediately and your refund will be pro-rated based on the dates you need to cancel. Please note there is a 15% processing, materials (seat) fee if a client chooses to cancel during the 4-week workshop.
What If I am late for a class or cannot make it?
We understand scheduling conflicts and delays are part of life, but please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early in order to avoid class interruption. Running late texts and phone calls will be ignored when class has begun. If you will be absent feel free to send an email explaining your situation. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a missed class after the 4-week fee has been paid. We encourage everyone to be here to participate in the investments they have made into themselves.
Will there still be class during inclement weather?
We take everyone's safety very seriously. If there are dangerous travel conditions on the day of class Indigos will cancel and reschedule the session. Further details will be posted on the class schedule.
